2. Loyalty Program

The RITO Loyalty Program is designed to provide additional discounts and benefits to loyal customers, as well as first to be informed about the latest offers and promotions in RITO stores. Any natural person who has expressed a wish and filled in the customer questionnaire in any RITO store or www.rito.lv can become a participant of the Loyalty Program. 

Loyalty program discounts and benefits:

• 6% discount for purchases in all RITO and rito.lv stores, discounts do not add up;
• 15% discount on the loyalty program participant's birthday, as well as 5 days before and 5 days after it, discounts do not add up;
• special offers only for Loyalty Program participants;
• information about Loyalty Program offers, news, promotions and events by e-mail and / or SMS.

Loyalty program discounts and benefits will be applied immediately after filling in the questionnaire.

The loyalty program is indefinite, but it is possible to withdraw from it at any time by filling in an application/questionnaire for deleting data in the RITO store or www.rito.lv or sending a request to dati@arkolat.lv.
