How to return purchase made in the RITO online shop?

When purchasing a product in the RITO online shop www.rito.lv, the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract (purchase of goods in the online shop) within 30 calendar days after delivery of the respective goods. In case of return of the goods, the money for the delivery of the goods is not returned. To exercise the right of withdrawal, fill in the withdrawal form https://rito.lv/storage/returnform.doc, duly indicating all the necessary data, and send it to the following addresses: Tallinn, Meistri tn 22 or RITO T1 Mall of Tallinn, Peterburi tee 2. How long is the warranty period?

The current regulatory enactments do not specify how long the product warranty period must be. It is generally considered to be at least 2 (two) years. However, the manufacturer may specify a shorter or longer warranty period or no warranty at all. Irrespective of the warranty provided by the manufacturer, if the buyer is a natural person within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Law, the buyer acquires the right to file claims against the seller for non-compliance with the terms of the contract within 2 (two) years from the purchase.

 

Does RITO deliver goods and what are the costs?

Delivery for the purchases made in the online shop is offered by a courier or to one of the Omniva, DPD Pick-up, or Venipak Pickup parcel machines.  The cost of delivery of goods depends on the total weight of the order if delivery is made by courier. 

 

What is the minimum order amount for the RITO online shop?

There is no minimum order amount. However, if you wish to receive goods for free, then the minimum order amount using Omniva, DPD Pick-up, or Venipak Pickup parcel machines has to be 40 EUR. Delivery with courier 4.99 EUR, for orders over 50 EUR for free. 

 

What type of payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

You can pay for your order immediately with a Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and Citadele bank card. If you have a payment card from another bank, you must select the payment method "Pay now by credit card", as well as you can select the option "Receive an invoice by e-mail" and pay by bank transfer.

 

Is it possible to pay for an RITO online shop order at the time of receipt?

Unfortunately, such an option is not available.

 

Can a legal person shop in the RITO online shop?

Yes, such an option is available. When placing an order, you will be offered to place it as a legal or natural person.

 

Are leasing services available in RITO stores?

No, unfortunately, such an option is not available.

 

Is it possible to make special orders?
