Return of online store purchases

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased in the online store www.rito.lv, you may withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days from the delivery.    

To return the products they have to be:

• intact;
• the appearance of the product has not been changed (labels have not been removed and damaged, protective film has not been torn off, etc.);
• unused;
• in original packaging - in the same set as it was received, definitely returning the product purchase document, warranty card (if any), instructions for use and other accessories of the product. 

The product cannot be returned if:

• goods delivered are made according to the consumer's instructions or are irreplaceable items, or by their nature cannot be returned, or they are perishable;
• goods delivered are food products, drinks or other household goods for immediate consumption;
• in other cases, according to the regulatory enactments.

You can return the products to the RITO legal addresses in Tallinn, Meistri tn 22 or RITO T1 Mall of Tallinn, Peterburi tee 2.

Returning products to the legal address:

• Fill in the return form https://rito.lv/storage/returnform.doc, indicating all the necessary data and attach it to the products returned.
• Return the product together with the return form to RITO legal address Tallinn, Meistri tn 22 (weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00), RITO T1 Mall of Tallinn, Peterburi tee 2 (weekdays from 11:00 to 20:00, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00) or at Meisli 4, Tartu (weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00)
• Within 5 days after receiving the returned product, the price of the product is refunded, transferring to the indicated bank. The refund is not granted in cash.

Is the delivery cost refunded?

No, the delivery cost is not refunded.

When the money is returned?

Within 5 (five) working days after returning the products.

What are the options for refund?

The refund is granted only by bank transfer.

How many days do I have for return to be granted refund?  

Within 30 days from the delivery.
