Ltd. ARKOLAT store chain RITO loyalty program Terms and Conditions

Ltd. ARKOLAT (reg. No. 40003199487, hereinafter ARKOLAT) retail store chain RITO Loyalty Program envisages attracting loyal customers, providing customers with discounts and benefits in RITO stores and informing about them, as well as news, promotions and other news to the specified e-mail and/or phone number.

 

Participation in the loyalty program

Any natural person who has expressed a wish to become a member of the program and has filled in the customer's questionnaire in any store RITO or www.rito.lv can become a participant of the loyalty program (hereinafter - the Customer).

By becoming a member of the Loyalty Program, the Customer agrees to receive information about RITO store chain news, promotions, special offers, invitations to events and invitations to participate in surveys. If the Customer refuses to receive news, etc. information, participation in the Loyalty Program is not possible.

By filling in the questionnaire, the Customer confirms that he/she has read the rules and Privacy Policy of the ARKOLAT retail store chain RITO Loyalty Program.

When filling in the questionnaire, the Customer shall indicate his/her name and telephone number to identify the customer in the store, as well as the e-mail address and/or telephone number to which the information will be sent.

In order to receive discounts and benefits of the loyalty program, the Customer must state his/her name and telephone number at the RITO store. If the Customer refuses to provide name and telephone number, the discounts and benefits of the loyalty program are not applied.

 

Loyalty program discounts and benefits

Participation in the loyalty program provides:

Promotion discounts do not add up with the Loyalty Program discount.

The amount of the loyalty program discount can be changed within the loyalty campaign by increasing it, some special benefits can be offered, customers can be invited to events organized specifically for loyal customers. Customers are informed about this to the specified phone number or e-mail.

In order to receive a discount for a loyal customer in the online store www.rito.lv, the customer must send a request to the e-mail info@rito.lv, indicating his name and telephone number and in return receiving the discount code.

ARKOLAT reserves the right to change the loyalty program, as well as the number of benefits.

 

Region and duration of the Loyalty program

Lojalitātes programma ir spēkā visā Latvijas teritorijā visos veikalos RITO. ARKOLAT patur tiesības pēc nepieciešamības paplašināt darbības teritoriju.

ARKOLAT store chain RITO loyalty program is indefinite.

ARKOLAT reserves the right to cancel or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice to the customer.

ARKOLAT reserves the right to change or supplement the terms, benefits and rewards of the loyalty program.

The most accurate information about the loyalty program can always be found in all RITO stores by asking the vendor and in the online store www.rito.lv.

 

Change of loyalty program data

If the Customer has provided inaccurate data or wishes to change the provided data, then it is possible to provide the specified information at any time:

  1. in any RITO store by filling out a questionnaire. Before filling in the questionnaire, the vendor of the store will identify the Customer by the indicated telephone number by calling or sending an SMS to it. In case the telephone number has changed, the Customer must name the previously indicated number from the head in order to be identifiable;
  2. by filling in the questionnaire on data correction in the loyalty program section of rito.lv;
  3. by sending the information to be updated from the e-mail indicated in the questionnaire to dati@arkolat.lv.

We provide data change within five working days from the receipt of the application.

 

Withdrawal from the Loyalty Program

The customer can withdraw from the ARKOLAT store chain RITO loyalty program at any time. When withdrawing from the Loyalty Program, the customer's data is deleted and the customer will no longer receive news from the RITO store chain.

If the Customer wants the provided data to be deleted, one of the following options must be selected:

  1. going to any RITO store and filling in the application for data deletion. Before filling in the application, the vendor of the store will identify the Customer by the indicated telephone number by calling or sending an SMS to it;
  2. fill in the questionnaire on data deletion in the loyalty program section of rito.lv;
  3. opt-out to receive e-mails - if the Customer has not provided a telephone number for receiving information, then it will be automatically deleted from the loyalty program;
  4. send a request for data deletion from the e-mail indicated in the questionnaire to dati@arkolat.lv. ARKOLAT will contact the Client to confirm the wish to delete the data, and in case of confirmation, they will be deleted.

The data will be deleted within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the application.

Upon receipt of the application, further processing of the Customer's data will not be performed, except in cases when the law does not allow deleting the Customer's data.

 

Other terms

The terms of the RITO Loyalty Program may change. All changes will be published on www.rito.lv, as well as available in all RITO stores. If the changes are significant, a special notice will be sent to program members via the emails provided.
