Made of recycled stainless steel, which is durable and withstands regular use. Thanks to the insulation, it keeps the drink at temperature for many hours.

Care
- Hand wash with warm water and a mild dishwashing liquid.
- Do not use abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning agents.
- Not dishwasher safe.
- Do not microwave, as the mug body contains metal.
- Dry both the mug and the lid thoroughly after washing.

The engraving is done with a laser: it is durable, does not rub off and does not change when washed. The engraving area is shown in the personalisation block.
Completed together with delivery within 5–8 working days after payment. If anything in the text is unclear, Dekolserviss will contact you by phone before engraving.

Delivery
Delivery is included in the price: Omniva parcel locker in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania or free pick-up at any RITO store. Choose the pick-up option at checkout. Total time including delivery is 5–8 working days.
The engraved item is shipped by Dekolserviss in a separate parcel; other RITO products from the same order are sent from the RITO store.

Can I engrave several different texts?
Yes. Add the product to the cart several times, each time with its own text.
Can an engraved item be returned?
Personalised items cannot be returned. If the item has a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge.
Can I order together with other RITO products?
Yes, everything in one order with one payment. The items will arrive in two parcels.
