How to place an order in the RITO e-store?
Ordering is simple — choose an item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Registration is not mandatory, but with an account, you will be able to track your order and accumulate loyalty points.

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible — by phone at +371 27 814 995 or by writing to info@rito369.lv. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Changes to the order cannot be guaranteed if more than 24 hours have passed since the time of order.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link and courier information. If you are registered, you can also check the order status in your account under "My Orders".

If there is a problem with your order or an item is missing, please contact us, stating your order number and a description of the problem. You can reach us by phone at +371 27 814 995, by email at info@rito369.lv, or by using the contact form. First, check your delivery confirmation email — it's possible that the items were sent separately.

Can businesses shop in the RITO e-store?
Yes, businesses can shop in the e-store. When placing an order, you can choose to order as a business or an individual. To receive an invoice, please provide your company registration number and VAT number, or write to info@rito369.lv after placing the order.

In what cases can an item be returned?
In accordance with Latvian law, goods purchased in an online store can be returned within 14 calendar days without justification if they have not been used and the original packaging has been preserved. Shipping costs are not refunded in case of return.

Contact us by e-mail at info@rito369.lv, stating your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions on what to do next. The product can also be returned to any RITO store.

Can I exchange the item for another one?
Yes, exchanges are possible at any RITO store or by contacting us. If the price of the new item differs, you will pay or receive back the difference.
How long does it take to get a refund?

After the item is received and checked, the money will be refunded within 7–14 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the item is returned due to a change of mind, the delivery costs are covered by the buyer. If the item is defective or incorrect — the costs are covered by RITO.

What are the delivery options and costs?
We offer several delivery options:
- Courier delivery — delivery to the specified address (10 EUR in Latvia, 12 EUR in Lithuania and Estonia.)
- Parcel lockers — Omniva parcel locker delivery (for orders over 100 EUR — free. Parcel locker fee in Latvia 4 EUR, in the Baltics 7 EUR)
- In-store pickup — free of charge at any RITO store
There is no minimum order amount.

Orders received on weekdays by 12:00 PM are usually dispatched on the same day. Delivery within Latvia takes 1–3 business days.

We accept the following payments:
- Visa / Mastercard credit and debit cards
- Internet banking — Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
All transactions are processed with SSL encryption — your data is safe.

We deliver throughout the Baltics. If you wish to order delivery outside the Baltic states, please contact us individually — info@rito369.lv
Where are RITO stores located and what are their opening hours?
Where are RITO stores located and what are their opening hours?
RITO stores are located in Riga, Liepaja and Ventspils. The customer service centre of the online store is open Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. A full list of stores with addresses and opening hours can be found in the section Stores.
Where can gift cards be purchased and used?
Where can gift cards be purchased and used?
Gift cards worth 10 / 15 / 25 EUR can be purchased at any RITO physical store. The gift card is valid for 6 months. Currently, gift cards can only be used in physical stores – they are not available for use in the e-store due to technical reasons.
