The current legislation does not specify how long the warranty period for a product should be. It is generally considered that it should be at least 2 (two) years. However, the manufacturer may also set a shorter or longer warranty period or not set one at all. Regardless of the manufacturer's warranty, if the buyer is a natural person within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Law, the buyer, simultaneously with the purchase of a product or service, acquires the right to submit claims to the seller regarding the non-conformity of the product or service with the terms of the contract within 2 (two) years from the moment of purchase.
