Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased in the online store www.rito.lv, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be:
- undamaged;
- not lost the appearance of the goods (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, etc.);
- unused;
- in the original packaging - in the same configuration as it was received, with the purchase document, warranty card (if one was issued), instructions for use and other accessories for the goods.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if:
- the goods are made to the consumer's individual order;
- the goods are by their nature non-returnable or perishable;
- food, beverages or other products for immediate consumption are delivered goods intended for consumption;
- in other cases provided for by regulatory enactments.
Return of goods:
- Fill out the cancellation form, indicating all the necessary data, and attach it to the goods to be returned.
- Return the goods together with the cancellation form to RITO in Riga, Teika Plaza shopping mall, Brīvības gatve 201 (on working days from 10:00-19:00).
- Within 14 working days after receiving the product, the price of the product will be refunded by transferring it to the bank account you specified. Payment in cash is not made.
