How long is the product warranty?

The current regulatory enactments do not determine how long the warranty period for a product should be. It is usually considered that it should be at least 2 (two) years. However, the manufacturer may also specify a shorter or longer warranty period or not specify one at all. Regardless of the warranty provided by the manufacturer, if the buyer is a natural person within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Law, the buyer simultaneously with the purchase of the product or service acquires the right to file a claim with the seller for non-compliance of the product or service with the terms of the contract within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase.
