QUALITY - the tableware series is specially designed for professional needs.
The dishes are made from high-quality raw materials (kaolin, clay, quartz sand and feldspar) and are fired at a temperature of 1300ºC, which guarantees the durability of the product and 0% water absorption.
IMPACT RESISTANCE - specially designed design and material that increases the durability and service life of the dishes, increases resistance to chipping of the edges of the dishes.
ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE - the dishes are free of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd).
MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER SAFE - the dishes are microwave safe.
The glaze on the dishes will not lose its shine and color even after 1000 washing cycles in professional dishwashers, when strong chemicals are used for washing.
HEAT RESISTANCE - dishes with increased heat resistance, they withstand sudden temperature fluctuations from normal temperature up to 200ºC.
SCRATCH RESISTANT - The hardness of the dish glaze protects the dishes from scratches and cuts.
The specially polished bottom of the dishes protects the dishes from scratching the glaze.
FUNCTIONALITY - the special design and shape of the dishes allow them to be easily stacked and stored, thus saving space.
The dishes are stackable, for example, one saucer fits a coffee mug, a soup cup, and a breakfast mug.
The SIMPLE PLUS tableware series has the same material and tone as the WISH tableware series, and they can also be combined with each other.

Free delivery to Omniva parcel lockers for purchases over 100 EUR.
For purchases under 100 EUR, the delivery fee to Omniva parcel lockers is 4 EUR. The Omniva parcel locker fee in Lithuania and Estonia is 7 EUR.
In-store pickup
Orders can be picked up free of charge at any of the RITO stores in Riga, Liepaja, and Ventspils.

Courier delivery
Courier delivery fee in Latvia is 10 EUR.
Courier delivery fee in the Baltics is 12 EUR.
Delivery prices are indicated in EUR including VAT.
Delivery time:
- Omniva parcel lockers – 3–5 business days
- Courier delivery throughout the Baltics – 2–4 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased in the online store www.rito.lv , you can exercise your right of withdrawal and withdraw from the contract after the delivery of the relevant goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be:
- undamaged;
- the appearance of the goods has not been lost (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, etc.);
- unused;
- in its original packaging - in the same configuration as it was received, with the product purchase document, warranty card (if any), instructions for use and other product accessories being returned.
