Made of carbon steel.
Durable, sustainable, easy-care material.
Carbon steel is an excellent conductor of heat and maintains temperature effectively.
Handle with silicone frame – for more comfortable and safer gripping and moving the pan.
Oven safe! Remove the silicone frame when placing in the oven.
Store in a dry place! Before first use: Wash the pan in hot water using a soft sponge and dishwashing liquid.
Rinse and wipe dry.
Then grease with cooking oil and heat for 1-2 minutes, then remove excess fat with a paper towel.
This process will reduce the likelihood of food sticking and improve rust resistance.
After each use: Wash the pan in hot water using a soft sponge and dishwashing detergent.
Rinse and wipe dry.
Then protect the outside and inside of the pan body by greasing it with a thin layer of cooking oil - this will act as an anti-corrosion protector.
Do not immerse a hot pan in cold water – wait until the pan cools down before cleaning it.
When cooking on an induction or vitroceramic hob, always lift the pan before moving it - this will prevent streaks.
Never soak in water! Not suitable for use in the dishwasher! During use, even if all the nuances of the instructions for use are followed, oxidation spots (rust) may appear on the pan - this is an absolutely normal physical property of steel products.
After prolonged use, grease and oil deposits may appear on the surface of the pan.
This layer serves as a natural non-stick coating for the pan, however, use an abrasive sponge to clean it.
Repeat the pan surface preparation process as needed, but always store the pan with a light layer of oil on it.

For purchases under 100 EUR, the delivery fee to Omniva parcel lockers is 4 EUR. The Omniva parcel locker fee in Lithuania and Estonia is 7 EUR.
In-store pickup
Orders can be picked up free of charge at any of the RITO stores in Riga, Liepaja, and Ventspils.

Courier delivery
Courier delivery fee in Latvia is 10 EUR.
Courier delivery fee in the Baltics is 12 EUR.
Delivery prices are indicated in EUR including VAT.

- Omniva parcel lockers – 3–5 business days
- Courier delivery throughout the Baltics – 2–4 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased in the online store www.rito.lv , you can exercise your right of withdrawal and withdraw from the contract after the delivery of the relevant goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be:
- undamaged;
- the appearance of the goods has not been lost (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, etc.);
- unused;
- in its original packaging - in the same configuration as it was received, with the product purchase document, warranty card (if any), instructions for use and other product accessories being returned.
