Grilling meat is much more practical with the Tramontina PROFESSIONAL cast iron steak/grill pan 30cm and 2.4 liters.
With a body made entirely of cast iron with Durprotect technology, steak or any meat dish reaches high temperatures.
The handle, for your safety, has a silicone sleeve and will not heat up, even with the high temperature of the iron.
It also guarantees super healthy food because it prevents microparticles from separating from the pan itself, which has high wear resistance.
Tramontina and you – the perfect combination for successful recipes! Can be used on induction hobs.
Whenever you use a PROFESSIONAL cast iron pan, follow the instructions below: Before first use: wash the pan with a soft sponge, hot water, soap or neutral detergent and dry it with a soft cloth.
Next, grease the inside with cooking oil and heat for 1 to 2 minutes, then remove excess oil with absorbent paper.
This process reduces the possibility of food burning on the inner surface of the pan and improves corrosion resistance.
Your pan is ready to use.
During use: Carbon steel is an excellent conductor of heat and retains temperature effectively, but to prevent deformations occurring at the bottom of the pan, it is recommended to use it on low to medium heat.
When using an induction or glass ceramic hob, always lift the pan when moving it to avoid damaging or scratching the hob surfaces.
Avoid immersing a hot pan in cold water, wait until the pan has cooled before cleaning.
When placing the pan in the oven, remove the silicone sleeve from the handle.
After each use: wash the pan with a soft sponge and mild soapy water or detergent.
Make sure the pan is completely dry, coat the pan body with a thin layer of cooking oil inside and out, this will help protect the pan body from possible corrosion damage.
Store the pan in a dry place.
Maintenance: After prolonged use, oil and grease may accumulate in the pan.
This layer helps maintain the performance of the pan, however, you can also use an abrasive sponge to remove it.
Repeat the pan surface preparation process as needed and always store the pan with a thin layer of cooking oil.
Attention: the maximum cooking capacity is 3/4 of the total volume of the pan.
There is no need to change this product.
After use, superficial stains may appear, which are typical of iron products.
During use, even if carried out according to the instructions in the manual, oxidation spots (rust) may appear on the body of the pan on the inner and outer surfaces, which is completely normal for products made of cast iron.
Not intended for dishwasher use.
Never immerse in water.
IMPORTANT: This container has a protective layer of sunflower oil.
When purchasing a pan, it is normal for the surface of the product to look greasy.
To restore the visual appearance of your pan, re-grease it with a thin layer of cooking oil.

- unused;
