RECIPE For a sweeter week - delicious cheesecake!
For making cheesecake, you will need the brand's LURCH round silicone mold.
Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 4 eggs
- ½ baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 200 g sour cream
- 500 g cream cheese
- 200 g heavy cream
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough: knead the flour, add 75 g sugar, 75 g butter, one egg, and baking powder.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Beat 125 g butter, 225 g sugar, and vanilla powder.
- Gradually add 3 eggs and pudding powder. Add cottage cheese and sour cream.
- Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the prepared mixture.
- Preheat the oven. Line the mold with the dough and add the filling.

Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 60 minutes.
