Līgo celebrations are approaching! We decided to delight you with a delicious Līgo cocktail "Spirgtais Jāņu rīts" (Brisk Midsummer Morning), which we prepared together with Tallink Hotel Riga bartender Sandis Strovalds.
INGREDIENTS:
200 ml Non-alcoholic beer
150 ml Sparkling water
30 ml VEDRENNE elderflower syrup
Seasonal fruits (Optional)



HOW TO MAKE THE COCKTAIL?
Step 1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for the cocktail
Step 2. Chill a glass with ice
Step 3. Add 200 ml non-alcoholic beer, 150 ml sparkling water, and 30 ml VEDRENNE elderflower syrup to the cocktail
Step 4. Decorate the cocktail with seasonal fruits
Step 5. Enjoy the delicious Līgo cocktail "Spirgtais Jāņu rīts".
