Making bars without baking. Preparing the mixture. Chop all ingredients listed in the recipe and mix together until you get a sticky mixture.
Pressing the bars:
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts.
- Insert the silicone molds into the plastic molds and fill with the prepared mixture to the brim.
- 1) Insert the molds into the plastic molds and place one on top of the other, then put on the lid.
- 2) Insert the fastener hooks into the grooves of the lid.
- 3) Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- 4) Tip: The longer the press with the bars is in the refrigerator, the better the bars will retain their shape. Disassemble the press, remove the silicone molds from the plastic molds, and carefully remove the bars from the molds by gently pressing on the flexible base of the mold.
- 5) Storing the bars.
- Place the bar in a bag, remove the protective film from its edges, and seal the bag. Store the bars in the refrigerator or any other cool, dry place.
Cleaning:
Wash the disassembled press under running water. The press is safe for washing in the dishwasher. Do not wash the mold lid in the dishwasher.
