BANANA OAT PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • Oat flour – 30g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Banana – 1 pc
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Honey – 2 teaspoons
  • Almond milk – 25ml

Preparation:

  • Peel and slice the banana, place it in a blender with the other ingredients, and blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  • Heat oil in a pancake pan, pour a small amount of the mixture and spread it into small round pancakes. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with your favorite toppings.

BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 250g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 115g
  • Brown sugar – 115g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Bananas – 500g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Preparation:

  • Peel and chop the bananas, beat the eggs, and grease a baking dish with butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix butter with brown sugar, add beaten eggs and bananas. Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add the banana mixture to the flour and mix for only one minute.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake in the oven for 60 to 65 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the dish and let cool completely.

THIN PANCAKES WITH BANANAS

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 150g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Milk – 300ml
  • Butter – 40g
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Orange zest – 1/2
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Bananas – 6 pcs
  • Sugar – 35g
  • Brandy – 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint – to taste
  • Butter – 5g

Preparation:

  • Beat the eggs, melt the butter, and finely grate the orange zest. In a bowl, mix flour with sugar and salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly with a whisk until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add the beaten eggs, melted butter, grated orange zest, and stir until uniform. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a pancake pan, pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and spread to form a thin layer. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • For the filling, peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and drizzle with lemon juice. Grease a pan with butter and fry the bananas, adding mint to taste. Increase the heat, add brandy, and cook until it evaporates. Once the brandy has evaporated, sprinkle the bananas with sugar and cook for another minute. Fill the thin pancakes with the filling.
