Quick smoothie recipes

As the days get warmer and longer, nature begins to awaken. It's a time when we start using more and more fresh produce in our daily lives, such as fruits and vegetables. To prepare them easily, quickly, and deliciously, we have prepared three smoothie recipes for a healthier daily routine.

GREEN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • Water – 300ml
  • Almond milk – 250ml
  • Flaxseeds (ground) – 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon (ground) – 1 pinch
  • Banana – 1
  • Spinach or kale – 1 handful
  • Peanut butter – 1 tablespoon

Preparation:

  • Peel and slice the banana, place it in a blender or food processor along with water, almond milk, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, spinach or kale, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

APRICOT AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • Bananas – 2
  • Apricots in their own juice – 400g
  • Plain yogurt – 225g
  • Fresh mint – 4 teaspoons
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Orange juice – 250ml

Preparation:

  • Peel and slice the bananas, place them in a blender or food processor along with apricots and their juice, yogurt, mint, and honey. Blend until smooth. Once blended, add the orange juice and blend until fully incorporated.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.

KALE, PINEAPPLE, AND ALMOND SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • Almond milk – 1 cup
  • Chopped kale – 1 cup
  • Pineapple juice – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped pineapple – 1/2 cup
  • Banana – 1

Preparation:

  • Peel and slice the banana and pineapple, chop the kale and place them in a blender along with almond milk and pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
