Woll has developed an induction base made of specialized steel, which is applied to the entire surface of the pan. The ferromagnetic special steel induction substrate applied over the entire surface with a coating thickness of approx. 9 mm / 0.35 ″, ensures optimal heat absorption without interference. Woll's professional products are accompanied by TÜV and TÜV GS certificates issued by the Technical Inspection Board in Germany stating that they are safe and of high quality.

As early as 1974, Norbert Woll began selling kitchen appliances, and in 1979, he founded Norbert Woll GmbH. Finally, in 1983, WOLL introduced the first cooking utensils made by using the original casting method.
